Is RP Signage a certified signage manufacturer?
RP Signage is ISO 9001:2015 certified and an authorised dealer for BATON LED Lights. Both are checkable claims rather than marketing language, which is the point of stating them.
What can RP Signage make in-house?
Laser cutting on beds up to 4 × 8 feet and CNC router cutting up to 5 × 12 feet, in acrylic, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, MDF and wood. Trim cap is held in-house for channel letter fabrication. Doing the cutting ourselves means shorter lead times, tighter quality control and no waiting on an outside supplier mid-job.
Does RP Signage have its own installation team?
Yes. Installation is not subcontracted, which is why the standard of fitting is consistent across every site we cover — Chennai, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu and Tiruvallur. It also means the same team can come back to service a board later.
Does RP Signage take job work for other businesses?
Yes. Roughly half our cutting work is job work for other signage companies, interior designers, architects, event teams and manufacturers. Pricing is per sheet or per running metre of cut depending on the job, and repeat production runs cost less per piece once the file is proven.
