A Full Sheet in One Pass
Our CNC router takes material up to 5 × 12 feet — a full ACP sheet without splitting it. That single fact decides a lot of jobs: a facade panel or a jali screen cut in one piece has no join line down the middle, and on a decorative pattern a seam is exactly what the eye lands on.
We run CNC routing as an in-house service for our own signage work and as a job-work service for architects, interior designers, fabricators and other signage shops across Chennai. Send a cutting file and we cut to it; bring a sketch and our design team will draw it first.

CNC Routing or Laser Cutting?
We run both, so we have no reason to push you toward one. The right choice comes down to material, thickness and the edge finish you need.
Choose CNC routing when…
- The sheet is larger than 4 × 8 feet
- The material is ACP, MDF, wood or aluminium
- The material is thick — routing cuts depth that a laser cannot
- You need grooving or V-cuts for folded ACP edges
- You need pockets, rebates or partial-depth cuts, not just through-cuts
Choose laser cutting when…
- The material is thin acrylic and the edge must be glass-clear
- The detail is very fine — small text, delicate filigree
- Internal corners need to be sharp rather than slightly radiused
- The piece is small enough for the 4 × 8 foot laser bed
A router bit has a physical diameter, so inside corners come out with a small radius. On most work nobody notices; on fine lettering it shows, and that job belongs on the laser.
Sending Us a File
We accept CDR, AI, DXF and PDF. A few things make a job run cleanly:
- Outlines, not strokes — convert text to curves so fonts cannot substitute
- Closed paths — an open path cannot be cut as a shape
- Actual size — draw at 1:1 and state the units
- Separate layers — through-cuts, pockets and engraving marked apart
- Material and thickness — tell us what it is being cut from
No file? Send a photograph or a hand sketch with dimensions. Redrawing it properly for cutting is a small design charge and avoids the far more expensive problem of cutting a full sheet to the wrong drawing.

What is the maximum size you can CNC cut?
Our router bed takes sheets up to 5 × 12 feet. That covers a full ACP sheet in one pass, so large facade panels and jali screens can be cut without joining sections — which matters when a visible seam would spoil the finish.
What is the difference between CNC routing and laser cutting?
Laser cutting gives a fine, polished edge and suits thin acrylic and detailed lettering. CNC routing removes material with a spinning bit, so it handles thicker and softer materials — ACP, MDF, wood, aluminium — and larger sheets. We choose based on your material, thickness and edge finish.
What file formats do you accept?
CDR, AI, DXF and PDF. Vector outlines cut directly; if you only have a raster image or a photo of a drawing, our design team can redraw it as a cutting file.
Do you cut ACP jali and partition screens?
Yes, this is one of the most common CNC jobs we run — decorative jali panels for facades, balconies, partitions and ceiling features, cut from ACP, MDF or aluminium in either a standard pattern or your own design.
