Which Way to Get in Touch
All three reach the same team. They just suit different situations.
- WhatsApp — best for most enquiries. Send a photo of your shop front with the approximate width and we can usually tell you the sensible options and the order of magnitude before anyone visits.
- Phone — best when the job is urgent, when you are working to a fixed opening date, or when it is easier to explain than to type.
- The enquiry form — best for detailed requirements, multi-outlet work and trade job-work, where written specifications matter.

What to Have Ready for an Accurate Quote
None of this is essential — we will ask if it is missing — but having it to hand turns a rough estimate into a real number much faster:
- A photo of the frontage — straight on, showing the full width
- Approximate width and height of the space the board will occupy
- Your business name exactly as it should appear, including the Tamil spelling if you want a bilingual board
- A logo file if you have one — vector (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF) is ideal
- Whether it needs to light up, and roughly what hours you trade
- Your deadline, especially if it is tied to an opening date
- Floor level and access — anything above the second floor changes the installation method

Free site visit
We measure the frontage, check the wall and the power position, and look at the sight lines from where your customers actually approach.
Design and quotation
A visual of your shop front with the proposed board, and an itemised quotation separating board, letters, lighting, framework and installation.
Fabrication
Built in our own workshop once you approve the design — laser cutting to 4 × 8 ft and CNC routing to 5 × 12 ft in-house.
Installation
Fitted by our own team, wired safely, and the site left clean. Old board removal included where needed.
Nothing is charged before the quotation is agreed in writing.
Visiting the Workshop

Visitors are welcome, and it is genuinely worth the trip if you are deciding between materials. Cast and extruded acrylic look identical in a photograph and obviously different in your hand; the same is true of ACP grades and of the difference between a front-lit and a halo-lit letter.
Call before setting out if you want to see a specific process running — laser cutting, CNC routing or channel letter fabrication — so we can make sure that machine is on the job when you arrive.
